Ragnarok asked about your PC specs to rule them out as a possible reason for the issue you are encountering.
In order to effectively help you with this, you are going to need to give more information: the full specs of your PC and the exact error messages that appear (links to screenshots would be helpful in this case but not necessary). Without these details it will be very difficult to find out what is going on.
Your DxDiag will give us the details we are looking for. Please follow these instructions:
Go to Start menu:
- Type dxdiag into the Search/Run box
- Once open, a green loading bar will appear in the bottom left corner, wait for this to disappear then follow the next step.
- Select the "Save All Information" button
- This will create a dxdiag.txt file(Please remove your PC Name before posting)
Once created you can post it in a spoiler tag, or if it is too large; you can use more than one post in this thread.
