The thing is I tried everything you've suggested. I use antivirus since the beginning and played the game with it turned on. After facing the issue I tried turning off the anti-virus, tried uninstalling it, but no luck. Nothing solved the issue. 

Finally, I did a clean reinstall of Windows 10 and only then everything was fixed. I still don't know why that happened, but it was annoying.
