I would start with doing a clean install of the drivers. Sometimes just upgrading a driver can cause problems.

When installing your drivers, choose the custom option and choose clean install. This will fully remove any remnants of previous drivers and can resolve this kind of problem.
No go to safemode uninstall graph. driver using this tool http://treexy.com/products/driver-fusion/download
this program old name is driver sweeper. Uninstall drivers, restart and then install new drivers.
