I am sorry but if you accidently reset your statistics, there is nothing we can do about it. We are not able to restore your statistics neither can our Game Advisor help you.

Hello, sorry to bring this thread back to life. But I need help because I have a similiar problem on Battlelog.
First off, I just started playing BF4 on pc. I leveled up a few ranks but I kinda wanted to "restart" because I didn't like my stats.
Since I got Premium, I decided to reset it.
What did not know was that my overall kills, deaths, wins and losses won't change. So as a result, my K/D and win loss ratios are now unequal with the actual numbers. Where my K/D is 1.2, it's suppose to be 1.4 when it's actually divided.
Can anyone in DICE or EA working on Battlelog fix this for me? I don not want to restore my old stats. I just want the ratios to be equal with the numbers I have right now.
I'd appreciate it so much 🙂
