I'm sorry you have this problem but, if you don't have any backup of your Xbox, I am convinced you can not recover your campaign

    It was on my external storage. Idk if that makes a difference

    Like he said, if you do not have an actual backup then the answer is no I am afraid. Start new but use different guns and strats, I find this helps make it less of a grind.

    Hi! Im playing bf4 in my ps3 and my campaign just started over! I saved it but its just gone! Pls fix this so i get my campaign progress back

    I merged two threads here - as mentioned by @Navigando , the campaign progress can be stored locally or in the Xbox cloud, but it's unfortunately not stored on EA servers. The online multiplayer progress however is stored online and will be synced the next time you join a multiplayer game.
