Well, if you would like to play Battlefield 4 or commander mode on PC, then yes. In general, commander mode is available to you on the platform you are playing Battlefield 4 on as well as on tablets. Since you are playing Battlefield 4 on PS4, commander mode can be played on your PS4 as well as any tablet. Battlefield 4 PC players will be able to play commander mode on PC (this utilizes the game itself and does not run in the browser) as well as tablets.

I own a copy of the game (360) have achieved rank 10 and have the app on iPad, however when I try to log in and use commander mode, it does not recognize that I own the game. Same situation with the battle log app. What am I missing? Do I have to be actively playing on my system to be able to access these features on the iPad?Please make sure that your Xbox Live account is linked with an Origin account and that you are logged into these apps with the correct Origin account. Steps for linking an Xbox Live account with an Origin account can be found here: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-3/I-d-like-to-link-my-PSN-account-to-my-new-origin-account/m-p/1219252#M84965
You don't have to be online on your Xbox in order to play commander mode via your iPad.

Since you are a manager of EA Games i think you should rephrase 1 point i will quote below......
""Since you are playing Battlefield 4 on PS4, commander mode can be played on your PS4 as well as any tablet""this is your statement - i will pull out a certain point in this - ' As well as *any* tablet '
Please do not state that 'any' tablet can play the commander app because this is a lie and a big one at that. I have a galaxy 10.1 tablet and its not compatible. So yeah nice statement.
