I had the same problem. It turned out after driver update my desktop resolution has somehow been reverted back to 60Hz. Thats why Battlefield is capping you to 60fps, For a quick fix, you can go to options, change resolution to something else and back to whats max hz of your monitor which will fix it. Somehow Battlefield ignores your preferred refresh rate if your desktop resolution is the same with different refresh. Or change your desktop resolution to your max refresh ie. 2560x1440 @60hz so next time you launch the game it wont ignore your preference.
