Re: BF4 server increased tickets

When doing your settings for your server.

Change Server Settings from Offical to Ranked.

Then change your preset's to your desire then save them. There should be a preset for Normal - Hardcore - Infantry

Select and customize and also your ticket count then save it and restart the server. This should fix your issue, if you require any further assistance please come back and ask we are here to help.

    As I originally stated, even if I only change the tickets and nothing else, server info changes to "unknown preset".
    It's on Ranked, because you can't set a Hardcore on Official.
    I did the steps just like you stated and it still says "unknow preset".
    Server has always worked with any settings I set other then the unknown preset issue.

    Have you tried disabling aka shutting your server down doing the settings. Keep in Mind that if you set it to hardcore you can only change the ticket count if you change any other setting it will set it as unknown. Try these few steps and then start the server again and wait 1 min then refresh and tell me what it says as I've never personally had a issue in the past.

    I'm at work now so I can not try till tonight.

    Is it normal that you can't edit the tickets without making a personal preset?
    Hardcore has a lock pic next to it with no options to change tickets unless you set and save a oersonal preset.
    Also can you delete presets. My presets are full do to trying to get this to working.

    If the server is set to offical you cannot change any settings. 

    From what I've seen you should be able to set it to Normal and change ticket count don't change anything else. Same goes for hardcore there shouldn't be a lock symbol unless it's stuck on Official. Anyways try these setting when you get online and if the problem still occures please report back here so we can better assist you further.

    Hello,

    I no longer have a xbox and I'm at a stand still. I've provided you with the fullest upmost support I can currently provide you. I do appologize hopefully someone on here or maybe on Battlelog may have the same issue and be able to assist you better.

    I'm stictely PC and PS4.

    Same thing with 2 of my servers, and I called EA as well.  Same resolution....  we don't know.  It has to do with this second batch of servers because I have 3 and the first one came from the first batch and if u change settings it shows normal preset on server info,  the other 2 show unknown preset forcing me to have to run them in official which is not what i want to do, but have no choice.  There is a problem with the second batch of servers.  It happened at a random time they were working finwe in beggining then boom next round both switched to unknown preset and servers started emptying.

    Thank you for trying but you really should read what is said before replying. And how the hell can you respond if you don't have an Xbox or server. As soon as you said restart the server I knew you didn't know what you where talking about. You can't restart the servers lol.

    Sorry, I moved to xbox one and have not played BF4 in a year. Because EA didn't care I dropped my server even though it was at one time a top 5 server. But to answer you question, no it never got fixed. There not EA severs, all they can do it add, remove and reboot these 3rd party servers. I had my server for about a year but will not do a server for EA ever again.
