- @Its_Travis_199 😂 my bad it ran out back in February 🤦🏼♂️ Hopefully it will be fine when I renew it.
So How come he play with his friends on fortnite with no gold membership??
Thanks @SGlWARRIOR well, i don't know if all games require this actually or if it's something specific for some games.
But as i know BF4 on PS4 requires PS Plus membership and what i know from Xbox One friends it requires Gold membership there.
Hope that is the problem in your case.
Let me know what are the results then. 🙂

Hi again after buying gold membership it unfortunately hasn’t worked still Iv tried hard reset but still no luck
Thanks So again you can play normal, and he can not even get past the connecting screen when starting the game?
Is this also happening to him when you are not online atm on your game?
And are your two accounts you play with connected to the same EA account?
Greets,
Travis
- @Its_Travis_199 Yes I can like normal and no he can’t. Yes happens even when I’m not online.
We have our own EA account & his DOB is old enough.
Thanks Seems the page to agree terms of service is broken in current version of battlefields 4.
This maybe could be also your issue.
This can happen when your Console/EA account is new.
A workaround is: Login to another EA game (e.g. Apex) and accept the terms there. After the linked console account initiated somewhere else, it no longer touches the agreement page in battlefields 4 and the online function is working again.
Maybe this helps you somehow.

- @Its_Travis_199 Hi mate, Iv finally solved the connecting issue turns out my sons account was linked to another account. Now Iv hit another problem, when I put his details into EA’s TCs on BF4 tells me his account is unavailable. I then tried linking them via online and it said Xbox account is currently ineligible for linking. So now Iv hit a brick wall
Thanks Make sure you login with the right EA account details this Xbox gamertag is linked to.
If it's linked to the wrong one you don't want to, try to login to this EA account on the EA website and unlink the Xbox gamertag from that one and then try to link it to the other one.
Or even try to login on the Xbox with the EA account details when requested, while it's not linked to any EA account yet. This details you have to enter on the Xbox there might want to link it to a EA account then.

Travis
- @Its_Travis_199 Finally sorted the problem, turns out I couldn’t link them because my sons account was under age, so I had to change his age to make him illegible to play BF4 and able to link the accounts. Cheers for your help and input much appreciated
Thanks Awesome! 🙌
