Re: Brazilian server with 50hz i3d.net

Hey @1pns  we get the info from the server so I recommend that you reach out to I3d again about it.

  • Hi @EA_Atic ,
When contacting i3D regarding the many recent server crashes, they point direct back to EA !

So been engaged in setting up all the technical tools to measure the full line from i3D and their server hosting of the BFx games and trough all the internet nodes to a given client PS4, there are confirmed zero package loss and zero line drops!  And we have measured this together with i3D over a full 24/7 days period.  And they confirm same in their server park (tested at your EMEA server park location with i3D).

In the game however, the PS4 has multiple drops, often many on the same day to the EA backbone for your user validation!

So i3D are very clear and direct:  The server crashing/dropping of players connected are due to malfunction on EA backend, or your connectivity to the i3D server park for your user validation to them.

It would be helpful if you could be serious and EA gets in direct contact with i3D to resolve this matter, as i3D also observe the sudden user number drops on their servers.  So we have all the evidence in terms of date/time stamps of these frequent events and also the names of all the impacted players when they happen.
