Re: Campaign Save Data has Been Erased

Hi @Neg3v ,

Is your soldier a brand new soldier?  Asking, as its not possible to find your soldier named Neg3v in Battlelog to check your progress there.  In any case, I would not think that your campaign data has been erased.  It merely typically takes 1-3 days before all the involved servers are synchronized and showing the same items being accomplished.  In the game itself, you would normally have access to go straight to one of the campaign chapters om your choice.  It is not like you need to do one before the next, thought they do have a chronologic sequence in the story line.  But it also means that you are fine just to go straight now to the next campaign chapter.  Don't bother about what the game status says right now, as that will typically update in a day or two to be correct.

    Hi @CyberDyme !

Well, this soldier isn't brand new, but he's technically new, due the fact that i've already played with another soldier, but in a Xbox Live account.

So, i just have to wait a few days? I'm really anguished thinking about starting a new campaign... 😞

Lets give it some time @Neg3v and cross fingers that your progress will be recorded as it should be.

The old BF4 Campaign is actually the only thing in the game that is actually run entirely off line.  So all your progress and data related to your awards in the Campaign is therefore first transferred to the central EA registry much longer after the fact, when you later log on to the EA servers for aka some standard BF4 gameplay.  So maybe an idea to login to EA on your PlayStation but then using that very same soldier you now want to register for completing the chapters in the Campaign.  This should enable opening the data line and transfer of the Campaign progress data to EA's central register for this.

If you care, maybe you could share the link to your soldier in Battlelog with us, because right now it does not appear to be there at all for the Neg3v soldier?

Hence also my question if it was because it was a brand new soldier.  Aka, have you played a normal and full game round with that soldier yet?

    Nice!

Sure, i'll share my Battlelog Profile. Maybe it doesn't appear because my very first character was the Xbox soldier.

    Here it is:

    Hi Neg3v,

No, i coulnd’t find your PS4 soldier in the BF4 game, because you have spelt it’s name in a different way compared to your online name here on the EA forum.

But now i have looked up your PS4 BF4 soldier in the EA Battlelog, and can assure you that all your Campaign achievements are all there and fully recognized! The Singapore mission and all you were asking about in your original post/question.   You can see the screenshot here of your soldier that i took of it.   So you are all set now and all good!  👍

I can see that you are trying now to complete it all on the HARD level and you are missing just now the last two chapters in the Campaign.  So best of luck with it!  😃

    Com’on @Neg3v …..    😃

You can always choose to start a new Campaign session.   Always.   Also after you have completed it as many times as you want.  But you can also back out and also select which Campaign chapter that you want to have a go at again.   And then instead go straight to any of those.

The Battlelog is correctly showng now the things you posted your original question about.  That is solved and done.

That you now afterwards appear to need help to navigate the Campaign sub menu options is something else.

But please take your time to read the options you have on the screen in front of you.  Its all there.   And you are not forced to start a new Campagn session of you dont want to.  You always have the option to cherry pick which of thr individual sessions that you want to try next.  And then also at what level of difficulty.
