You will probably be able to run it, but you will be bottlenecking, Battlefield 4 is very cpu intensive, and a 2.8GHz cpu will not be enough for BF4, even 4gb Ram wouldn't be enough. Also with that card, you won't be seeing much more than 40-50 frames on low, around 5-10 frames on ultra. You will be able to play it, but not very good, I suggest you upgrade to atlease an Intel I5 k series and then go for 8gb ram and atlease a Nvidia GeForce GTX 660 which are fairly cheap now and will get you around 60 frames on high.
