I got your message about your issue. I will do my best to solve this for you.
The " You have lost connection" error have been around for awhile now. Often it seems the problem fixed itself over time and, for some, the problem can stay for a longer period.
Anyway. The reason why you can't connect can be because you have a very low internet connection or that the game servers can be overloaded at the moment.
This can usually be fixed if you restart your internet router as well as your console, or if you try to open up some ports. All this have you already tried and still, the problem persists.
At this point, I would recommend you to take contact with a Game Advisor. But before we do that, please try this:
- Try multiple different servers with different regions. (If the server owner have a bad connection, then that can affect your connection as well.)
- Try to delete system cache and save for Battlefield 3. You can also try to delete the most recent multiplayer updates and install them again.
- Make sure that your internet router is not overloaded or that too many using it at the same time. You can ask your ISP to speed up the connection or put your router under surveillance. In that way they can collect data and see if something is wrong.
Please check and try this.
If the problem persists for more than 48 hours, please contact a Game Advisor here again. If you want, you can give them this thread and they can see what you have tried etc so far.
