I have exactly the same problem..
Never had so much trouble trying to install a game in my life.
Reset the Origin password, says it was successful, go back and try to install the game and get a email and password incorrect, Uninstalled and reinstalled Orign software, Same problem.
Created 3 new accounts with different emails. SAME PROBLEM. WTF ?
