Try clearing the Xbox One's system cache by following these steps:
1) Un-install the game
2) Turn off console for 3 minutes (Unplug everything as well)
3) Plug the console back in and turn it on
4) Connect back to Xbox Live
5) Installing the game again (before installation it asks to update)
Try these too:
- Go to Settings> Disc and Blu-ray> Persistent Storage> clear that out
- Also try going to Settings> Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate Mac Address> clear that out> and restarting the console.
Note: Do not start the game at all while it's updating or downloading.
