Re: Change Battlefield-4 language on Windows from Russian to English

I believe you will need to contact someone from EA. Go to:

http://help.ea.com/contact-us

then you can create a new conversation with an EA advisor by clicking "New Conversation".

Then you have to select the product you want help with, the platform and the topic

When you have done that you need to select the method to make contact with EA

The available methods depend time of day, time of week and holidays in the country selected in the selector in the top right corner:

Changing the above language to United States or similar can sometime make live chat appear if it's not available in your country.

I contacted EA support and had a long conversation in Chat.
In short, what they told me - language is region specific and it is not possible to change game language and this is EA strategy.
That's very sad because languages they offer for me are not my languages.
And it is very odd strategy to not offer English, which is de facto one of the 'international languages' (I even have a friend who doesn't want to buy Battlefield due to this language issue)

Your friend can always buy the international version instead of the special russian one.

He however can't do that on Origin so he'll have to use a third party store.
