I don't have "Premium" but I did pre-order. Game just couldn't find my China Rising. I quit playin the game for a week, then tried again and it was there. Its "iffy". Sames goes for Boosts. Sometimes they are there, other times they are emptied out. Thank you for the reply though. Will accept as solution.
