"early in the week"?!? This has been a problem for at least three days now, and that's not taking into consideration the months of connectivity problems that have plagued this game. The servers have been unavailable for long periods for months now. At least we can actually reach the servers now, but what good is that if they won't initiate any new games?
I'm sure that I needent remind you that unlike most of your games, Battlefield 1943 does not have a local element, i.e. it can only be played on EA servers. If the servers are not functioning, the game becomes completely broken.
The least you can do is offer an explanation as to why this game has been having problems for so long, why it has now refused to host any games at all, why it takes EA so long to respond to the server problems– especially when the game cannot be played without them–, and the steps EA will take to correct the problems and ensure that they don't return.
Don't you owe us at least that much?

- Do you get any specific error codes? No, just an in-game message: "No games available at this moment. We couldn't find any games, please try again."
- How long has this issue been going on for? At least three days. I first discovered it Thursday morning.
- What region are you located in? Northern Virginia
- Add anymore info that can help aid in fixing this issue. For months now the servers were frequently unavailable for long periods, sometimes lasting a day or so. Coincidence?
