HI, I had the same problem with the punkbuster.
You can fix it way easier. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4 than go to installer > punkbuster > redist
Run the file you find in there. Now you push the windows button + the R button and type in: Services.msc
Find PnkBstrA an PnkBstrB in the list
If it says automatic your done :D
