I tried this before, also it can't be the case since I can't even ping the servers.

In that case it's best to reach out to your ISP with this information to see if they can provide any assistance from their end in allowing you to access our servers. It's terrible to hear you're going through this, @DemonLord98

- I'll contact my ISP maybe the problem is on their side, I also tried to contact Live-support, but there was no response which is probably because of the new year holiday.

Although my connection is via optical fiber
I contacted my ISP And they told me to contacte with dice or ea and ask about the static ip in the german servers in order to fix the ping problem by the way im playing battlefield v I’m from kuwait in the Middle East
