Re: Could someone please look into why servers on PS4 are crashing?

This post was posted in December 2020, since then, I've already posted countless of times complaining about the same issue, not once

I've got a response from any EA Tech trying to resolve the issue, it's like I'm being ignored and no one cares how much money, time and energy I put into the server for the last four years.

a couple of months ago, I even reported a cheater for self admitting DDOSing servers and he's still running around with no action taken against his account.

I purchased servers since BF3, this BF4 server I have now is not my first server, I owned countless of servers on BF4, these people are shying away the people who spend money on their products and it's a shame people in higher positions in EA probably don't even know how their most important customers (big spenders) are being treated by their staff.
