Re: "Customize Soldier" Not Working

Hi @ROSSIARCH!

Have you tried to change your loadout form the web app in the official website? Does that works?

I know that Ea is experiencing some issue with loadout and stats, but sadly there's nothing we can do about it.

We have to wait an official patch.

    @ROSSIARCH

    just customize your soldier while you´re playing on any server, it still works fine that way.

    The issue will be fixed, we just need to give them some more time.

    Been doing that, and that works, but can't equip new skins. Thanks for the reply. I'm trying to be patient. Just want my game to work the way it's supposed to.

    Yes, can do it that way. Can I equip new skins using BF app?

    I don´t use the app, so I can´t answer that, sorry.

    But in my case, I can equip every new skin while being on a server.
