Solved my problem -- just had to rollback my Nvidia driver to the previous version, now the game works fine. I guess the latest driver isn't working properly with the game.

Hi there. Recently I also have this issue happened even it never happen before. I tried to dl so many versions of driver (including newest and older) but this problem is still happening. I have no idea what I can do now...Do you have any other options that can fix this issue?

I personally turned off scaling in NVidia Control Panel.
