Try this:

1:go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\(your game)

2: \__Installer\directx\redist 

Erase all .cab (Keep a copy of those on another file outside the game folder

Keep: 

DSETUP.DLL

dsetup32.DLL

DXSETUO.exe

Run the game
