Hey @Airgunjim,

the unfinished unlocks not being shown in the soldier customization is "normal", you´d have to check weapons & gadgets to see everything (or soldier customization in the soldier deploy screen on a running server).

Please shut down and unplug your X1 for a few minutes, your data will re-sync then and maybe that solves your issue.

If not, please reinstall your Premium Pass.
