Well, considering that I had received this code directly over the phone and not in an email, how should I know this? My code was given to me by a gamestop associate via their call center to be used with the Origin client...so, your answer did NOT solve my question.

Hi there,
Then you should contact GameStop again since they gave you a faulty code.
This is not an EA matter, as the retailer handed the code directly to you.Also. As your error stated, "This product setup is not complete..". It may be that it is some type of content that will be available later.
