Just to add, you can have both accounts linked as it was said above. See this page here on how to do it: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag .
And do keep in mind, all your current profile statistics and game progress will not transfer to your new platform and you will have to start from scratch.
