All reports are investigated but you don't always receive an email regarding the outcome.

Once you've submitted a report

We’ll investigate it and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t give you information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.

If you get an email update from us saying we didn’t take action on the account, the case will be closed.
