I think you may have missed some of your setup in your server browser and also what @ZombieP1ow actually kindly tried to tell you about?
As @ZombieP1ow mentioned, then it was indeed DICE who have re-installed more BF4 game servers. So not from private server renters (I am one myself btw). Like when just checking here now, I see that we have 60 live DICE 'owned' BF4 servers running on the network. Whereof most are even full !
So dont know your own filter settings, as I do not read Japanese that you shared with us. But when running aka in English, then you see the DICE owned servers this way:
And just here on an ordinary Monday morning, you have 60 DICE owned servers listed there.
Now regarding your second point. I do not understand what limitation it is that you are so upset about?
The server browser can list you hundred+ servers. Why is that not enough? You only are looking for any server you want to join, so limit your filter scope and narrow down to whatever server you want to play on to suit your preferences. Many players have specific preferences. So even if another server is available, they will not join it if its not fulfilling their specific game criteria. Doesnt matter if the server browser will show more or less then.
