Glad to hear you were able to connect to the game, I know you've been struggling with that for a while now. While it's not the exact same error, someone posted a workaround fix in this post where you delete a driver file to help reconnect.
Another user posted here they were able to connect with Internet Explorer as well. This is great information to be aware of and we'll ensure the teams get this Intel. 👍Good luck on the Battlefield!
Im having same issue with BF4,. this prob is going on for over a year....Really EA engineers cant fix this. Battle-log dont work always issues since their launch years ago.
I posted this error millions of times and called support millions of times too, same crap same old story ( we will fix it wait a few days...Yes SUREEEEE) no one fixes issues and is not a browser issue too as dont work with any browser you try
I will NEVER EVER BUY EA games again...Look at steam how better support is and games have no issues
EA is CRAP and Support is CRAP too
