@RLawrence1994 What system are you playing on? Are your Battlepacks accessible today? You may need to reach out to support, but hopefully that's not necessary.

@midge17 Thanks for the extra detail. Would you happen to remember the date that the pack was opened? It's ok if you don't, but it may help.

    Hello, I have the same problem, few days ago (more than a week) I opened a battlepack (winter update revision) and there was a legendary light tank skin. Then some error message poped up and I still don't have that skin in my inventory. Is there anything to do about it?
