i have mail some people a few levels up about this.. just to know, what they think,, and why they think it..
if a company makes a deal with another company,, they have responsebillity, especially when it can affect so many innocent people and are known to be ignorant. they are also both lawyer, judge and executioner. and apply a ban without reason ( well we get a violation number that doesnt say anything ) is in a way abuse of power due to the fact they are so well intergrated in the game and without it there is almost no servers. and if this was in normal life
being judge without presented evidence,, you know what that is called right? at leas in a civil world.
i am no expert , this is just me trying figure it out how this can be acceptable from EA point of view . if u have visit bf forum you know people is not just fooling around and lies, most of the people has no clue them self and doesnt even know how to cheat.. take dr.web for an example. over 100 people had this software installed and got band days or weeks after. EA should care, they hired this company to take care and help EA game players, your customers
so pb is contracted by evenbalance with a written contract, but deny any involement with how they treat EA customers. and even in fact are lying on their
ban explination. and in fact are making profit of unlifted wrongfully bans.. think of this.. a happy customer of EA gets a ban on his game ( and yes i know.. bla bla its a 3 party software EA doesnt care ) .. gets mad.. and what does he do.. he buys a new key /game .. who profit from that, in fact, in the explanation of the ban.. evenbalance tells us "in order to resolve this issue you have to buy a new GUID/key . By being a legal partner and intergrate their producs in a buy,, i think that by doing so you (EA) are somewhat responsible if a ban that is wrongfully done, i guess they have seen to this so there is no legal ground for this but very much ethicly and moraly.. i guess a costumer is always right dosnt aply in EA way of thinking.. and why would they care.. the make money of unresolved issues due to a ban
and i you out aside that you do this on behalf of EA u know that i am right
this is only what i think and doesnt reflect how it might be in real. just my thoughts and logical thinking
if you know what power abuse is they have to fit in some speciel criterias ..
1. they never tells you why you cheated,, they say i can take advantage of knowing that. . yes and now. sure i can if i wanted to , but no,, it doesnt matter,, if i want a workaround i would do that regardles what i know from a ban, if you noticed,, there allready are working workarounds..
2. they are almost alone, no other anti cheat is so well intergrated as a 3 party software. even offical EA servers have pb enabled, what i have seen.
by that EA kinda force us to use pb. if i want gain rank i must use a pb server. and they use that against us wrongfully ban players.
3. there is no chance in H*** we can be proven not guilty, that itself is power abuse. would not work if this was a legal case any day.
4. even with proof they dont lift bans.. power abuse
6, even when the say they have no way to know if it was me that cheated or even on my computer,, still ban.. thats power abuse
and i want to say, yes we need evenbalance product, without it well that would really suck.. they are great ,but their behavoir when a ban is set is unacceptable

ban innocent players are very improper
