This is an insult to us. Somebody wake up the person who' s responsible with the scrap exchange and tell him that we where stuck with the mle 1903 for 3 weeks. They don't care about battlefield 1 players. I think too, that they do it on purpose to infuriate players and we dont play this game.

The real results are that customers are less likely to purchase new products if their customer service experience is poor with previous products.

 I play on the PS4 platform. The Exchange and game modes not rotating properly is starting to make me angry. I feel really bad for the PC players that ALSO have to deal with the endless cheaters and servers crashing. 

This is my experience. I refuse to purchase BF2042 until I have confidence that they can fix things like this and the proliferation of cheaters. The current state of BF1 gives me no confidence whatsoever.

I suspect I’m not alone.

I just went thru the thread and gave everyone +XP.  We need to make this thread one of the hottest threads on the BF Forum Boards; and, we need to keep it near the top of the page at all times. On the rare occasions that an EA employee looks at the this page, this thread needs to be in their face.

Oh, and when that survey window pops up on the bottom of your screen, fill that thing out.  Make sure you let them know they are pissing off their customers.

Thanks for the skins EA. I would also like to purchase the skins for M1897 shotgun "The Washington", 12G Shotgun   "The Truman", Mp18 "Der Weimaraner", Lewis gun "The Golden Retriever". These skins also  never been on scrap exchange. And the  melee weapons Coupe Coupe and Arditi dagger.

I dream about parts for French Saber.
I have already opened a thousand boxes and I have not been able to collect all the parts :/

French saber may gotten from battlepacks. However, arditi dagger and coupe coupe only may released by exchange or community mission. That's why we hope the rarest staffs come first.
