If am not wrong that promotion is no longer available buddy. I dont think you could transfer your progress at this point.
Second image says:
Am afraid that option is no longer available. You need to start again from lvl 0.
Thats all. No solution for this.

We're mixing things up a bit here.
The Premium, dlcs, or expansions, are not transferable to the next gen console(PS4/Xbox One), what is transferable are the XP, your rank, and everything you unlocked inside the game.
The Premium, DLC's, and expansions, were transferable from old to new gen only for a limited time which was extended to 31st July 2014. From that point on players had to buy Premium and DLC's on the next gen console store unfortunately.
The title of this thread reads "How do I transfer stats from old gen to next gen on bf4" - Stats, not Premium service, or DLC's, like explained above, that is no longer transferable, I hope you can understand.
We have an update on the situation and at the moment some players are logging in on the wrong account on their console, so I would ask you guys to contact support to confirm you are on the right account, and then confirm here if you solved your issue.
In other cases, if the prompt didn't appear it should appear after a restart of the console.
Once again we're still investigating this, what I can ask you guys to do is click the "me too" button on the top of the thread, on the first page, and write your own experience of how that happened(crash on startup, no prompt appeared, etc.), tell us the date and time of when that happened, your console, and your Battlefield 4 player name:

Details of what happened(crash, no prompt, etc.) -
Remember this is only for stats, no Premium, or DLC's, or expansions, are transferable from old to new consoles at the moment, that was only for a limited time which has ended on the 31st July 2014.Have a nice day 🙂

Oh well, same thing will occur with BF1 probably. This is total bs, other companies are working with and for their players yet EA always seems to work against us. They'll regret it one day I promise.

Guess Ill add my name to the list. I did read in the Battlelog forums that one player finally got the prompt after three weeks back in March. But that thread is now locked. Weird... EA please keep us updated. I wont be playing BF4 till i get my stats back.

@GrootIamGroot Can we still play on our old gen accounts because I have been playing on it while this has all been going on. Also, is there any updates today? I spoke with EA Support again yesterday and they told me to keep an eye out for the next couple of days. My brother and I really want to play BF4 on our Xbox One so any updates you have will be greatly appreciated.

as I've said above, the only update we have at the moment is some players are logging in on the wrong account, if that's the case please contact our help.ea.com center of support to know which account you should be logging in.
The second is that some others received the prompt and clicked "No" and didn't transfer their stuff.
The other is that the prompt should appear again if you restart your console, in case it didn't appear.
You guys could also clear the cache of the console(turn off the console for 1 minute without being connected to the electricity) and try again.In case you already have a profile on the new console I would recommend you to keep playing until this issue is fixed or we find a solution for it.
Thanks again and have a nice day! 🙂 if they say is that players are entering different accounts that is no answer, please I'm not an idiot not to know that account income or which do not ... are offending my intelligence saying that, what we need is a response because this is early or rather they are doing it too long giving me to understand many things ... already it tried all their "solutions" and so far no one has been able to solve the problem

Just stop waiting. The issue wont be resolved especially not in the near future.
- ApprovedAnonymous9 years agoYeah I agree... I jumped off this forum after waiting several weeks for a fix. I contacted them multiple times through multiple avenues email, chat, etc. They "pretend" to care and give a generic answer about how there's nothing they can do. At this point they'll just stall a little longer til the next battlefield game comes out and assume everyone will just buy it. I'd be lying if I said I won't buy it because I probably will. I've had two issues I've contacted EA support for the first time they took care of the problem which was appreciated greatly. This particular problem on the other hand I must say has been very disappointing. As I stated in a previous post in this forum, I realize they technically don't owe us anything with the transfer but you'd like to think they would want to keep their loyal customers happy. Oh well it is what it is I stink at BF4 anyway at least I have an excuse now when I'm at the bottom with my crappy stats. If I only had my gun unlocks guys I wouldn't be the worst in the squad I promise..!!
Why would you only give us until Aug 30.....for transfers of Premium and DLC's. I didn't know it was possible to transfer until today. I've been a way!!

@Canadianguy48 I think you misunderstood my post. I logged in on my new xbox one and BF4 on next gen for the first time on August 30th. This is when i had the problem of not being able to transfer my stats. After is discovered that i was unable to transfer my stats i downloaded premium and all DLC packages directly from the xbox/microsoft store for free (presumably because i payed for premium on the xb360 when BF4 came out). Regardless, issues downloading premium and DLC's are not the main topic of this thread. If you have had problems transferring your stats from old gen to new gen please let us know how it happened to you.

Hi you all lovely Battlefield people 🙂
So finally we have a solution for this:
This morning the studio have implemented a fix for this issue to ensure that all Battlefield 4 players upgrading from Gen3 to Gen4 are prompted with the notification to transfer their previous progress to the new console. This fix will retroactively prompt for players who did not receive the messaging during this features downtime.
Players who have selected the option to transfer their previous stats will see all current progression overwrote. Selecting the ‘Yes’ option does not accumulate both progressions together, this feature is working as intended.
I hope you guys are loving this awesome good news and hope you all get your stuff back 😉

If everything fails, try what @SrgntMcSpanky said, he found another solution that might be useful 😉 but everything should be working as intended.
Regarding Premium and DLCs it's not intended to be transferable but if you guys are lucky enough to have it transferred who am I to disagree 😉

@GrootIamGroot Glad to hear it's supposedly fixed but I'm still not getting the prompt. Can anyone confirm that this 'fix' actually worked for them?

@ZeroElectronic2 Weird. Which soldier did you have set as active when you got the prompt? And disc version or digital?

@Pyramat If you have not received the prompt yet due to the patch EA_Lou mentioned feel free to try the fix i posted. I wrote very specific instructions that should be easy to get through. A short answer to your question is that your xb360 soldier should be active before clearing the console cache and your xb1 soldier set to active after you receive the prompt and transfer stats.
@SrgntMcSpanky I'm actually using PS3/PS4. I tried to replicate the steps as best I could on PS4, but it didn't seem to work. I'll keep trying though.
- ApprovedAnonymous9 years ago@Pyramat Was active the xbox one soldier, perhaps it was lvl 00. And i m playing the digital version. My girlfriend didnt got the prompt on her xbox but when i opened her profile on my xbox it prompt. Kinda weird.

I just purchased bf4 for ps4 today and the prompt never appeared for me. I tried every fix I could find. Clearing the cache, switching my active battlelog soldier every which way imaginabile, still nothing.
I'm a software developer I understand what it's like to deal with an bug that is hard to squash. Is this thread the end of the issue or are you guys still working on it?
@mfish0005 Sucks that the fix didn't work for you either but in a way I'm glad I'm not alone. Just like you I've tried everything I can think of and nothing seems to trigger the prompt to pop up. Can any PS4 players confirm that the fix worked for them? So far all reports of the fix working seem to be from Xbox One players.
