Here are some steps you can try that may help the issue:

1. Turn off the Origin in-game Overlay in the Origin Launcher

2. Clean Boot: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/

3. Check the Frame Rate Limiter settings in-game, in the Graphics/Video settings, and make sure it's set to 60fps, instead of unlimited

4. Make sure your Firewall has access to Battlefield 1

Also, are you using a wired connection when you play?
