Your laptop should have at least 80-90 fps  maybe even more...Check Graphic card drivers are up to date...You must have GeForce experience where you can log in and check for driver updates...If that is okay go to game settings and check scaling should be 100% not less not much ..If still no clue check YouTube best way how to learn and find solution
