It might worth a try to clean Direct X from your PC before install/update it again. Could you please tell us what kind of protection software you have installed on your machine? If you have any proxy related software installed on your machine, de-install it.

    I use kaspersky. I tried the game after uninstalling the antiviurs too but didnt work.. Even tried the game after formating my pc. but still it didnt work.. ☹️
