Hi, are you saying the game crashes during the campaign? A failed or accidental purchase shouldn't affect the game. It's plausible that the game access could be removed due to account issues, but this is unlikely and support can clear it up. 

If the game is crashing, it's likely that the source of the issue lies elsewhere. Can you post your platform? If you're on PC can you include any error messages and your dxdiag content?
