🙂 I think just a coincidence, there are a bunch of names there so a few combos that will trigger for some people. 

At a guess, the graffiti is probably some shoutouts to devs or friends & family. Devs put little nods like this in a lot of games, it can add to the world and lots of players like to find easter eggs. On the other hand it could just be some random graffiti.
