Are you still having some trouble launching the game? If so, try these steps to see if they help:

1. Ensure Windows and your drivers are updated. https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/pc-graphics-troubleshooting/
2. Try right-clicking on the game in Origin and select "run as administrator."
3. Try running the game in compatibility mode with an older OS.
4. Make sure BF4 and Origin are added to your exception list for your anti-virus.
