You might have to enable UPnP with your router settings.
Also have a to look into Port Triggering for the router you use.
Remember Accept as Solution & add some XP if this answered the question!

We have UPnP activated, it's seems to be only affecting some servers and not others.
So its seems if we both have the same IP and or using the same port we can't join each together.
I've looked into the port triggering, my router (some rubbish Cisco thing) is asking for
Triggered Range, Forwarded Range and which protocol.
What would you suggest I enter for BF3?Hello mocachino,
Battlefield 3 listed ports,
Protocol TCP: 80, 443, 9988, 20000-29999, 22990, 17502, 42127
Protocol UDP: 3659, 14000-14016, 22990-23006, 25200-25300Also are you both connected to the router through Ethernet cable or Wireless?
It could be a case of trial and error, I would suggest that you and ROGU3FREE add the servers to your favorites which can be connected by both you and ROGU3FREE.
