On your friend's PS3 log in with your account, go to your account settings in the XMB and there is an option to "deauthorize PS3" which will make all of your DLC on that PS3 non-working.  You can have DLC on up to two PS3s before you have to deauthorize one.  For the new PS3 do what poster number two stated and re-download the BF3 online pass from your download history.

If you don't have access to your friend's PS3 you can deauthorize it via telephone by calling Sony customer service.
