Commander App for Battlefield 4 and Battlefield 1 is not available.   DICE has ended support for the mobile Commander App, which has been removed from the app stores.

You can use Battlefield Companion for Battlefield 1; Battlefield4; Battlefield Hardline (Soon)   https://www.battlefield.com/companion
