In a short word, you cannot.

The bit longer version: EA doesn't allow others than selected hosting partners under strict contracts to host Battlefield3 servers. While this makes modding of servers etc. impossible (to the loss of the entire PC community) it does provide a better customer experiene in other areas along with better handling of cheats that there would have been otherwise.

So, sadly can't help you.
