Did you added Battlefield Hardline to Games List at Punkbuster Setup ?

@Lostpart try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 but if PunkBuster continues to kick, you should contact EvenBalance support on: http://www.evenbalance.com/ because PunkBuster is not a platform controlled by EA unfortunately.
