Re: I need an update??

Could you please tell us some details about your exact system hardware and ingame video setup? Maybe we can help you out with some tweaking tips to boost your performance.

Cheers

Is the intel HD the only videocard you have in your system? You need to have a dedicated GPU aka a non onboare videocard in order to run the game. There won't be an update to change the resolution to  a lower rate I am afraid. But you are able to play the game and get an okay performance on low video settings I guess?

You failed to mention the specs of your CPU, does it meet the minimum requirments as listed here?  Also being a 32 bit OS your system will not be able to see and use more than 4GB of system RAM despite more being physically present so your RAM is at the minimum  requirements which will contribute to your performance issues.

    Battlefield 4 System Requirements

    Minimum:

OS: Windows Vista SP2 32 bit (with KB971512 Platform Update)

Processor: AMD Athalon X2 2.8 GHZ, Intel CORE 2 DUO 2.4 GHZ

    Memory: 4 GB

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 3870, NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT

    Graphics Memory: 512 MB

    Hard Drive:

    30 GB

    Recommended:

    OS: Windows 8 64 Bit

Processor: AMD Six-Core CPU, Intel Quad-core CPU

    Memory: 8 GB

Graphics Card: AMD Radeon HD 7870, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660

    Graphics Memory: 3 GB

    Hard Drive: 30 GB
