It might be the harse way but just change your age to 21+ this way you can play everygame. If you have a strict policy with your parents than make sure it is all allowed in the parent controll panel. If you think everything is correct in the Parent Control section, than just talk to your parents and ask to change your date of birth.

to add to this if your xbox live account was set up as a childs account you may not be able to play certain games until youre 18 (reguardless of parental controls) and the account has been promoted.

its also worth noting that your are 12 and some services require you to be at least 13 years of age. its not because corporations are against the young its because there is a law that requires you to be at least 13 years of age before any personal information can be collected. for more information regarding this i will refer you here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Children%27s_Online_Privacy_Protection_Act
