Not sure this will be of much help as it is for PC but it should give you more of a idea on how to find them. I hope this is some help for you its not the best but it did help me find my tag, just click on each map to make it larger....

Zorlacc, I have to say Thank You. After reading your post, I found the Hammerhead dog tag. The imgur image that you gave was different from every other map I have found. It was good credible updated info. So thank you brotha. I owe you one.

You are very welcome I was happy to help as I know only to well the pain it is to find the tags. I think it took me four weeks to find one on each map lol , yes I hunted down all 4 dog tags and this is not easy when people are trying to kill you. :womanlol:
