I think it's impossible since you and your friend are not located in the same country. Your friend should be marked as ineligible for you to receive the gift.

My friend is marked as Ineligible to receive the gift. Why?

There could be a few reasons, which include:

• The item is not giftable
  • Pre-order games and DLC, third party products, virtual currency, game bundles that contain virtual currency, and free games or DLC are not giftable.
• Your friend blocked users because they didn’t want to receive gifts through Origin
• You’re trying to gift downloadable content (DLC) for a game your friend doesn’t own
  • For example, you can’t send Battlefield Hardline: Betrayal unless they have Battlefield Hardline.
• Your friend lives in a different country
• Your friend has an underage account.
