Sorry to hear you're experiencing this.

Have you tried doing a hard reset on your Xbox?

Try holding down the power button for 15 seconds or so until it completely shuts off, then give it a minute or two before you turn it back on.

Also, as a last resort, you can try uninstalling/reinstalling Battlefield 1.
